Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TruckLoad.me, including our website, mobile application, platform dashboard, APIs, support channels, onboarding flows, subscription services, messaging features, load posting tools, bidding tools, document workflows, and related logistics technology services.

TruckLoad.me is a technology platform developed and operated by Core Business Consulting FZE LLC, Ajman Media City Free Zone, License No. 3337, United Arab Emirates.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, uploading documents, posting a load, placing a bid, contacting another user, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using TruckLoad.me, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using TruckLoad.me on behalf of a company, fleet, brokerage, logistics business, shipper, carrier, or other legal entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

1. Important Marketplace Notice

TruckLoad.me is a freight technology platform and load board. We help users discover, post, match, communicate, and manage freight opportunities.

TruckLoad.me is not a carrier, freight forwarder, customs broker, transport broker of record, insurance provider, warehouse operator, cargo handler, dispatch employer, shipping agent, or party to any shipment contract unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by us.

Any agreement for freight movement, pricing, loading, pickup, delivery, customs clearance, cargo handling, insurance, payment, or operational execution is between the relevant users.

TruckLoad.me does not take custody, possession, control, responsibility, or ownership of any cargo.

2. Definitions

For these Terms:

“TruckLoad.me,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Core Business Consulting FZE LLC and the TruckLoad.me platform.

“Platform” means the TruckLoad.me website, mobile app, dashboard, APIs, support channels, communication tools, databases, and related technology.

“User,” “you,” or “your” means any person or entity accessing or using the Platform.

“Carrier” means a trucking company, fleet owner, driver, vehicle owner, transport company, or other party offering capacity to move freight.

“Trucker” means an individual driver or operator using the Platform.

“Broker” means a freight broker, logistics coordinator, dispatcher, freight intermediary, or other party arranging freight movement for another party.

“Shipper” means a cargo owner, business, company, or authorized representative posting or arranging freight movement.

“Load” means a freight opportunity, shipment, cargo movement, truck requirement, lane, route, or transport request posted or shared on the Platform.

“Bid” means a rate, price, offer, availability response, or proposal submitted by a Carrier, Trucker, Broker, or other eligible user.

“Assignment” means a Load that has been accepted, confirmed, dispatched, or otherwise agreed between users.

“Operational Data” means load details, bids, messages, statuses, locations, documents, proof of delivery, proof of pickup, invoices, timestamps, and other data generated through Platform use.

3. Eligibility

You may use TruckLoad.me only if:

  1. You are at least 18 years old.
  2. You have legal authority to use the Platform.
  3. You provide accurate and current information.
  4. You comply with all applicable laws, rules, permits, licenses, and regulations.
  5. You are not prohibited from using the Platform under UAE law or any applicable sanctions, trade, transport, or compliance restriction.

TruckLoad.me is intended for commercial freight and logistics use. It is not intended for personal, household, consumer, or non-commercial transport arrangements.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information.

You are responsible for:

  1. Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  2. All activity under your account.
  3. Ensuring only authorized staff, drivers, dispatchers, or representatives access your account.
  4. Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access, suspected fraud, compromised credentials, or incorrect account activity.

You may not sell, transfer, rent, share, or misuse your account without our written permission.

We may reject, suspend, restrict, or terminate any account where information is inaccurate, incomplete, expired, fraudulent, misleading, or creates legal, compliance, safety, billing, or operational risk.

5. User Roles and Access

Platform features may vary depending on your role, subscription plan, account status, verification status, compliance status, region, and operational history.

TruckLoad.me may provide different functionality for:

  1. Truckers
  2. Carriers
  3. Fleet owners
  4. Brokers
  5. Shippers
  6. Dispatchers
  7. Company admins
  8. Support or operations users
  9. Affiliates or referral partners

Certain features may require approval, document verification, active subscription, payment clearance, or compliance review.

We may change, add, remove, or restrict features at any time for product, legal, billing, compliance, operational, security, or trust and safety reasons.

6. KYC, Verification, and Compliance Checks

TruckLoad.me may require identity, business, fleet, vehicle, driver, tax, licensing, insurance, registration, and other compliance documents before enabling certain features.

You agree that:

  1. All documents and information you submit must be genuine, accurate, current, complete, and legally valid.
  2. You will not upload forged, altered, expired, stolen, misleading, or unauthorized documents.
  3. You will promptly update expired, changed, revoked, suspended, or inaccurate documents.
  4. We may approve, reject, request clarification, or re-review documents at our discretion.
  5. We may restrict or suspend access if documents are missing, expired, rejected, suspicious, or incomplete.

Verification means only that TruckLoad.me reviewed information submitted to us at a point in time. Verification does not guarantee that a user is safe, solvent, qualified, licensed, insured, compliant, honest, available, or able to perform.

TruckLoad.me does not guarantee the validity of a user’s license, permit, insurance, vehicle condition, driver qualification, cargo authority, financial reliability, or legal compliance.

Users remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

7. Platform Availability

We aim to provide a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuous access.

The Platform may be unavailable due to:

  1. Maintenance
  2. Updates
  3. Internet or telecom issues
  4. Cloud provider issues
  5. Payment provider issues
  6. Cybersecurity events
  7. Force majeure events
  8. Third-party service failures
  9. Government, regulatory, or legal restrictions
  10. Operational decisions

We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue all or part of the Platform at any time.

8. Subscription Plans, Trials, Billing, and Payments

TruckLoad.me may offer free trials, paid plans, add-ons, enterprise packages, promotional offers, or other commercial plans.

Plan details, prices, limits, features, quotas, and billing cycles are shown on the Platform, checkout page, invoice, agreement, or other applicable product experience.

You agree that:

  1. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the applicable plan terms.
  2. You are responsible for all fees, taxes, VAT, charges, and payment obligations associated with your account.
  3. Failed, disputed, reversed, declined, or overdue payments may result in account restriction, downgrade, suspension, or termination.
  4. Plan limits may include bids, active loads, vehicle count, load posts, document features, team seats, or other usage limits.
  5. Unused monthly limits, credits, posts, bids, or quotas do not roll over unless expressly stated.
  6. Promotional trials may be changed, limited, withdrawn, or refused where abuse is suspected.
  7. We may change pricing, plan features, billing rules, or available packages at any time, subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable once charged.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically refund prior charges, used periods, add-ons, setup work, promotional credits, or partially used billing cycles.

TruckLoad.me does not guarantee that a paid subscription will result in any specific number of loads, bids, customers, carriers, bookings, savings, revenue, profit, earnings, or completed shipments.

9. Payment Processing

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe or other payment processors.

TruckLoad.me does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Your payment provider may apply its own terms, privacy policies, fees, fraud checks, settlement rules, chargeback rules, and compliance requirements.

We are not responsible for payment delays, bank declines, card issuer issues, processor downtime, chargeback decisions, currency conversion charges, bank fees, or third-party payment provider errors.

10. Freight Payments Between Users

Unless TruckLoad.me expressly states otherwise in writing, TruckLoad.me does not collect, hold, escrow, guarantee, release, finance, insure, or settle freight payments between Shippers, Brokers, Carriers, Truckers, or other users.

Users are responsible for agreeing and documenting their own:

  1. Freight rates
  2. Payment timelines
  3. Advance payments
  4. Detention charges
  5. Waiting charges
  6. Cancellation charges
  7. Fuel surcharge
  8. Toll charges
  9. Loading and unloading charges
  10. Customs charges
  11. Penalties
  12. Invoices
  13. Tax treatment
  14. Dispute handling

TruckLoad.me is not liable for non-payment, delayed payment, underpayment, overpayment, chargebacks, invoice rejection, cash collection disputes, or payment terms agreed between users.

11. Load Posting Rules

If you post a Load, you are responsible for ensuring all details are accurate, lawful, complete, and not misleading.

Load details may include:

  1. Pickup location
  2. Drop-off location
  3. Cargo type
  4. Cargo value
  5. Weight
  6. Dimensions
  7. Quantity
  8. Packaging
  9. Required truck type
  10. Required permits
  11. Loading method
  12. Unloading method
  13. Pickup time
  14. Delivery deadline
  15. Rate or budget
  16. Special handling requirements
  17. Temperature requirements
  18. Customs or border requirements
  19. Contact details
  20. Site access restrictions

You must not post fake, duplicate, misleading, illegal, unavailable, speculative, bait, spam, or unauthorized Loads.

You must have legal authority to arrange movement of any Load you post.

TruckLoad.me may remove, restrict, edit, hide, reject, or investigate any Load that appears inaccurate, fraudulent, unsafe, unlawful, abusive, expired, duplicated, or risky.

12. Bidding and Acceptance

A Bid is a user-submitted offer or response. TruckLoad.me does not guarantee that a Bid is accurate, final, binding, profitable, available, or commercially reasonable.

Users are responsible for confirming all commercial and operational details before accepting or executing any Load.

Before a Load is moved, users should confirm:

  1. Final freight rate
  2. Pickup and delivery details
  3. Cargo details
  4. Vehicle type
  5. Driver details
  6. Timing
  7. Payment terms
  8. Loading and unloading responsibility
  9. Insurance responsibility
  10. Permit and customs responsibility
  11. Cancellation terms
  12. Detention or waiting terms
  13. Proof requirements
  14. Any special handling requirements

TruckLoad.me is not responsible for misunderstandings, rate changes, incorrect assumptions, failed confirmations, user no-shows, cancelled Loads, rejected Bids, late pickups, late deliveries, or failed negotiations.

13. Carrier, Trucker, and Fleet Responsibilities

If you act as a Carrier, Trucker, fleet owner, dispatcher, or transport provider, you are responsible for:

  1. Holding all required licenses, permits, approvals, registrations, and authorizations.
  2. Ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy, safe, registered, insured, and suitable for the Load.
  3. Ensuring drivers are qualified, licensed, trained, medically fit where required, and legally allowed to operate.
  4. Complying with UAE, GCC, transport, road, customs, border, safety, labor, and commercial laws.
  5. Arriving at pickup and delivery locations as agreed.
  6. Confirming cargo compatibility before accepting a Load.
  7. Securing cargo safely and legally.
  8. Maintaining required insurance.
  9. Handling cargo with reasonable care.
  10. Providing accurate status updates.
  11. Uploading genuine proof documents.
  12. Reporting incidents, delays, damage, shortage, theft, accidents, fines, seizures, or compliance issues promptly.
  13. Paying fines, penalties, tolls, charges, damages, or claims caused by your conduct, vehicle, driver, or failure to comply.

TruckLoad.me does not employ drivers and is not responsible for driver wages, benefits, working hours, road conduct, accidents, traffic fines, violations, or employment obligations.

14. Broker and Shipper Responsibilities

If you act as a Broker, Shipper, freight coordinator, cargo owner, logistics company, or authorized representative, you are responsible for:

  1. Having authority to post, arrange, or award the Load.
  2. Providing accurate Load information.
  3. Ensuring cargo is legal for transport.
  4. Disclosing special handling, hazardous, fragile, valuable, temperature-sensitive, oversized, overweight, customs, or permit requirements.
  5. Ensuring cargo is properly packaged, labeled, documented, and ready for loading.
  6. Ensuring pickup and delivery sites are accessible, safe, and ready.
  7. Ensuring loading and unloading arrangements are clear.
  8. Providing accurate documents, delivery instructions, and contact details.
  9. Paying agreed amounts to the relevant Carrier or service provider.
  10. Handling cargo claims, insurance claims, customs issues, rejection issues, and customer complaints unless otherwise agreed with the Carrier.
  11. Complying with all transport, trade, customs, sanctions, safety, and commercial laws.

If you are acting as a broker or intermediary, you confirm that you have authority from the cargo owner, client, or principal to arrange the shipment.

15. Cargo, Loading, Delivery, and Risk

TruckLoad.me does not take custody, possession, responsibility, or control of cargo.

Unless users agree otherwise in writing, the relevant Shipper, Broker, Carrier, and Trucker are responsible for determining:

  1. When cargo risk transfers
  2. Who loads cargo
  3. Who unloads cargo
  4. Who secures cargo
  5. Who inspects cargo
  6. Who provides documents
  7. Who obtains permits
  8. Who handles customs
  9. Who provides insurance
  10. Who pays for delay, waiting, detention, rejection, damage, loss, or theft

TruckLoad.me is not liable for:

  1. Cargo loss
  2. Cargo theft
  3. Cargo damage
  4. Cargo shortage
  5. Spoilage
  6. Temperature failure
  7. Delay
  8. Missed pickup or delivery windows
  9. Rejected delivery
  10. Incorrect loading
  11. Unsafe loading
  12. Overloading
  13. Customs delay
  14. Border rejection
  15. Permit failure
  16. Fines or penalties
  17. Road accidents
  18. Vehicle breakdowns
  19. Labor disputes
  20. Force majeure events
  21. Any claim arising from physical movement of goods

Users should obtain appropriate cargo, motor, third-party liability, goods-in-transit, professional liability, and commercial insurance as applicable.

16. GCC, Customs, Border, and Regional Compliance

TruckLoad.me may support UAE and GCC-related freight workflows, but users remain fully responsible for all regional, customs, tax, border, permit, import, export, cargo, route, and documentation requirements.

Users are responsible for verifying requirements for each route, including routes involving the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, or any other jurisdiction.

TruckLoad.me does not guarantee customs clearance, border entry, border exit, route legality, permit validity, government approval, documentation sufficiency, or acceptance by any authority.

17. Prohibited and Restricted Cargo

You may not use TruckLoad.me to post, arrange, bid on, transport, facilitate, or promote cargo that is illegal, unsafe, undeclared, improperly documented, or prohibited by applicable law.

Prohibited or restricted cargo may include, without limitation:

  1. Illegal goods
  2. Stolen goods
  3. Counterfeit goods
  4. Narcotics or controlled substances
  5. Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or military goods
  6. Hazardous materials without proper declaration, permits, packaging, and legal compliance
  7. Chemicals requiring special authorization
  8. Radioactive materials
  9. Human remains
  10. Live animals without required permits and handling compliance
  11. Alcohol, tobacco, or regulated goods where movement is not legally permitted
  12. Temperature-sensitive food, pharma, or medical cargo without proper equipment and compliance
  13. High-value cargo without proper declaration and security arrangements
  14. Any cargo subject to sanctions, embargoes, trade restrictions, or government prohibition

TruckLoad.me may suspend, report, remove, or investigate users or Loads involving prohibited, restricted, suspicious, undeclared, or high-risk cargo.

18. Proof of Pickup, Proof of Delivery, BOL, and Status Updates

The Platform may allow users to upload or record proof of pickup, proof of delivery, bill of lading, delivery notes, photos, signatures, timestamps, status updates, location signals, chat messages, and other operational evidence.

You agree that:

  1. All proof and status updates you submit must be genuine, accurate, and not misleading.
  2. You must not falsify pickup, delivery, route, damage, timing, signature, identity, or document information.
  3. Platform records may be used for support, investigation, compliance, billing, dispute review, or legal purposes.
  4. TruckLoad.me does not independently certify the truth of user-submitted proof unless expressly stated in writing.
  5. Uploaded proof does not automatically resolve a user-to-user dispute.
  6. Users remain responsible for maintaining their own contractual and legal records.

19. Messaging and Communications

The Platform may provide in-app messaging, notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone, or other communication features.

You agree to use communication tools lawfully and professionally.

You may not use TruckLoad.me communications to:

  1. Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate others.
  2. Send spam or misleading messages.
  3. Share illegal content.
  4. Share malware or phishing links.
  5. Misrepresent your identity or authority.
  6. Circumvent Platform rules.
  7. Solicit users for unrelated services.
  8. Collect data without permission.
  9. Send false load, bid, payment, or document information.

TruckLoad.me may monitor, review, store, moderate, restrict, or disclose communications where needed for safety, compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, support, legal obligations, or enforcement of these Terms.

20. Platform Circumvention and Abuse

You may not misuse TruckLoad.me to gain access to leads, users, documents, rates, carrier data, shipper data, operational records, or marketplace information for improper purposes.

You may not:

  1. Scrape, copy, harvest, export, resell, or misuse Platform data.
  2. Create fake accounts.
  3. Use another user’s account.
  4. Manipulate bids, prices, rankings, or marketplace visibility.
  5. Post fake Loads or fake capacity.
  6. Submit fake proof, fake documents, fake reviews, or fake claims.
  7. Interfere with another user’s transaction.
  8. Use Platform contacts for fraud, spam, or unrelated marketing.
  9. Bypass account restrictions, compliance checks, or billing controls.
  10. Reverse engineer, attack, overload, scan, or disrupt the Platform.
  11. Use bots, crawlers, scripts, automation, or unauthorized integrations.
  12. Use Platform information to build a competing database, load board, broker list, carrier list, or marketplace.
  13. Circumvent any Platform policy, subscription rule, affiliate rule, safety control, or commercial restriction.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in circumvention, scraping, fraud, abuse, or marketplace manipulation.

21. Ratings, Reviews, Reports, and Investigations

TruckLoad.me may allow users to rate, review, flag, report, or provide feedback about other users, Loads, Bids, assignments, payments, or conduct.

You agree that feedback must be truthful, fair, and based on genuine experience.

TruckLoad.me may remove, hide, edit, restrict, or investigate feedback that appears fake, abusive, defamatory, retaliatory, misleading, irrelevant, unlawful, or harmful.

TruckLoad.me may investigate suspicious activity but has no obligation to resolve every user dispute, verify every allegation, or act as an arbitrator between users.

22. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform, subject to the rights granted below.

By uploading, submitting, posting, sending, or generating content on TruckLoad.me, including documents, images, messages, Load details, company profiles, fleet information, bids, proof, logos, and operational data, you grant TruckLoad.me a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, transmit, reproduce, adapt, analyze, and use that content as necessary to operate, improve, secure, support, enforce, and provide the Platform.

You confirm that you have all rights, permissions, and authority required to upload and share such content.

You are responsible for any claims arising from content you upload or share.

23. Data, Privacy, and Operational Records

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect personal data, business data, billing data, document data, operational data, device data, and communications.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that TruckLoad.me may process data for purposes including:

  1. Account creation
  2. Authentication
  3. KYC and compliance checks
  4. Load posting
  5. Bidding
  6. Assignment workflows
  7. Messaging
  8. Operational tracking
  9. Proof and document handling
  10. Billing and subscription management
  11. Fraud prevention
  12. Trust and safety
  13. Support
  14. Dispute review
  15. Analytics
  16. Legal and regulatory compliance

We may retain records after account closure where required or reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, audit, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, safety, or business purposes.

24. Electronic Acceptance, Records, and Evidence

You agree that electronic actions taken through TruckLoad.me may show intent, acceptance, authorization, communication, or operational confirmation.

These actions may include:

  1. Creating an account
  2. Clicking accept
  3. Submitting a form
  4. Uploading documents
  5. Posting a Load
  6. Submitting a Bid
  7. Accepting or confirming a Load
  8. Sending messages
  9. Uploading proof
  10. Updating statuses
  11. Making payments
  12. Using a digital signature or approval flow

You agree that Platform logs, timestamps, messages, uploaded documents, digital records, system events, payment records, and account activity may be used as evidence to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

25. Third-Party Services

TruckLoad.me may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, email providers, identity verification providers, map services, cloud storage providers, notification tools, app stores, and communication tools.

We are not responsible for third-party services, delays, outages, errors, policies, pricing, data practices, decisions, or failures.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

26. App Store and Mobile App Terms

If you download or use the TruckLoad.me mobile app through an app store, your use may also be subject to the applicable app store’s terms, rules, and policies.

In case of conflict between these Terms and app store rules, the app store rules may apply only to the extent required for app store distribution. These Terms continue to govern your relationship with TruckLoad.me.

27. Intellectual Property

TruckLoad.me, including its software, brand, logo, trade name, design, workflows, content, databases, dashboards, user interface, processes, algorithms, analytics, documentation, and platform structure, is owned by or licensed to TruckLoad.me.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, clone, or create derivative works from TruckLoad.me without our written permission.

You may not use our name, logo, brand, screenshots, marketing materials, or platform content in a misleading, unauthorized, defamatory, or competitive manner.

28. Confidentiality

During your use of TruckLoad.me, you may access non-public information about users, rates, routes, loads, companies, drivers, documents, contacts, operations, pricing, platform features, business plans, or marketplace data.

You must keep confidential information secure and use it only for legitimate Platform-related purposes.

You may not disclose, sell, copy, misuse, or exploit confidential information for unauthorized purposes, competitive activity, spam, fraud, or unrelated marketing.

This section does not prevent disclosure required by law, court order, regulator, or competent authority.

29. Promotions, Marketing Claims, and Earnings

TruckLoad.me may publish marketing materials, examples, testimonials, calculators, projections, savings messages, earnings examples, or promotional claims.

Such materials are for general information and do not guarantee results.

TruckLoad.me does not guarantee:

  1. More loads
  2. Better rates
  3. Higher earnings
  4. Reduced empty miles
  5. Faster matching
  6. Same-day dispatch
  7. Verified user performance
  8. Payment by another user
  9. Specific route availability
  10. Specific carrier availability
  11. Specific shipper demand
  12. Any commercial outcome

Your results depend on market conditions, pricing, fleet availability, routes, service quality, demand, compliance, responsiveness, and other factors outside our control.

30. Affiliate, Referral, and Partner Programs

Any affiliate, referral, sales agent, ambassador, commission, or partner program is governed by separate written terms, affiliate terms, contract, dashboard rules, or commission policies.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, no user is entitled to commission, referral fees, recurring payments, revenue share, or sales compensation.

TruckLoad.me may approve, reject, suspend, terminate, withhold, reverse, claw back, or adjust affiliate or referral commissions where fraud, refund, cancellation, chargeback, non-payment, duplicate signup, self-referral, fake account, policy breach, misleading marketing, spam, or abuse is suspected.

Affiliates, agents, and referral partners may not make false promises about TruckLoad.me, guarantee loads or earnings, misuse our brand, misrepresent their authority, or claim to be employees unless expressly authorized in writing.

31. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, downgrade, investigate, or terminate your account or access at any time where we believe it is necessary for legal, compliance, billing, trust, safety, security, operational, or business reasons.

Reasons may include:

  1. Breach of these Terms
  2. Fraud or suspected fraud
  3. Fake or expired documents
  4. Unsafe conduct
  5. Non-payment
  6. Chargebacks
  7. Misuse of the Platform

  10. Illegal cargo
  11. Misrepresentation
  12. Repeated cancellations or no-shows
  13. Regulatory concerns
  14. Security risks
  15. Damage to TruckLoad.me, users, or third parties

We may take urgent action without prior notice where risk is significant.

You may stop using the Platform at any time, subject to outstanding payment, legal, confidentiality, dispute, and compliance obligations.

Termination does not cancel obligations that arose before termination.

32. Disputes Between Users

TruckLoad.me may provide support tools or review available Platform records to assist with user disputes, but we are not obligated to resolve disputes between users.

User disputes may include:

  1. Freight rate disputes
  2. Cancellation disputes
  3. No-show disputes
  4. Cargo claims
  5. Damage claims
  6. Delay claims
  7. Payment disputes
  8. Invoice disputes
  9. Loading or unloading disputes
  10. Document disputes
  11. Performance disputes
  12. Miscommunication disputes

Users remain responsible for resolving their own commercial and legal disputes.

TruckLoad.me may, at its discretion, provide available records, restrict accounts, request evidence, or cooperate with competent authorities.

Any support provided by TruckLoad.me does not make us a party to the transaction or responsible for the dispute.

33. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruckLoad.me disclaims all warranties, guarantees, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, safety, compatibility, profitability, or commercial outcome.

We do not warrant that:

  1. The Platform will always be available.
  2. The Platform will be error-free.
  3. Users will perform as expected.
  4. Documents are always genuine.
  5. Carriers are always qualified.
  6. Shippers are always reliable.
  7. Loads are always accurate.
  8. Bids are always final.
  9. Freight will move successfully.
  10. Cargo will be safe.
  11. Payments between users will be made.
  12. Disputes will be resolved.
  13. Data will never be lost.
  14. The Platform will meet every operational need.

34. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruckLoad.me, Core Business Consulting FZE LLC, and our owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, affiliates, agents, and partners will not be liable for:

  1. Indirect damages
  2. Incidental damages
  3. Consequential damages
  4. Special damages
  5. Punitive damages
  6. Loss of profit
  7. Loss of revenue
  8. Loss of business
  9. Loss of opportunity
  10. Loss of goodwill
  11. Loss of data
  12. Business interruption
  13. Cargo loss
  14. Cargo damage
  15. Cargo theft
  16. Delay
  17. Non-payment by users
  18. Vehicle breakdown
  19. Road accident
  20. Customs delay
  21. Fines or penalties
  22. Regulatory action
  23. User misconduct
  24. Third-party service failures

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of:

  1. The amount you paid to TruckLoad.me for Platform subscription fees in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  2. AED 500.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

35. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TruckLoad.me, Core Business Consulting FZE LLC, and our owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, affiliates, agents, and partners from and against any claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

  1. Your use of the Platform.
  2. Your breach of these Terms.
  3. Your violation of law.
  4. Your documents or information.
  5. Your Load postings.
  6. Your Bids.
  7. Your freight transactions.
  8. Your cargo.
  9. Your drivers, vehicles, staff, contractors, or agents.
  10. Your failure to pay another user.
  11. Cargo loss, damage, theft, shortage, delay, rejection, or spoilage.
  12. Road accidents, traffic violations, fines, or penalties.
  13. Customs, border, permit, or regulatory issues.
  14. Fraud, misrepresentation, or forged documents.
  15. Claims by customers, cargo owners, carriers, shippers, brokers, drivers, employees, authorities, or third parties.
  16. Your infringement of intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or third-party rights.

36. Force Majeure

TruckLoad.me is not responsible for delay, failure, interruption, or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These events may include:

  1. Natural disasters
  2. War
  3. Terrorism
  4. Civil unrest
  5. Epidemics or pandemics
  6. Government action
  7. Border closures
  8. Customs disruption
  9. Road closures
  10. Internet outages
  11. Telecom failures
  12. Cyberattacks
  13. Cloud provider failures
  14. Payment provider failures
  15. Labor strikes
  16. Fuel shortages
  17. Port disruption
  18. Extreme weather
  19. Power failures
  20. Any other event beyond reasonable control

37. Legal Compliance and Cooperation

Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, court orders, sanctions, tax rules, customs rules, transport rules, labor rules, road safety rules, licensing requirements, and commercial obligations.

TruckLoad.me may cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, courts, government authorities, payment providers, insurers, and legal representatives where required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, compliance, or the integrity of the Platform.

We may disclose account, document, transaction, communication, operational, or technical records where legally required or where permitted by applicable law.

38. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.

Where legally required or commercially appropriate, we may provide additional notice by email, in-app message, dashboard notice, or other communication method.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

39. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

TruckLoad.me may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, corporate transaction, or operational transfer.

40. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force.

41. No Waiver

If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms immediately, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.

42. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, applicable subscription terms, plan terms, affiliate terms, and any written agreement between you and TruckLoad.me, form the agreement between you and us regarding Platform use.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate signed written agreement, the signed written agreement will control only for the specific subject it covers.

43. Language

These Terms may be translated for convenience.

The English version controls unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

44. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to any separate written agreement, the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact TruckLoad.me and attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through support or written notice.
